PhotoWidgetFree is also useful for creating your own widgets. If you want to display a specific photo, you can do that by selecting the appropriate frame and placing the photo in the desired position. You can change the frame and the background color of the widget. You can even add an icon and a label.
PhotoWidgetFree is a very simple application, so you won't need to have any knowledge about the Android operating system or the Android SDK.
